commission terms of service

please read the entirety of my terms of service before commissioning.

PAYMENT AND REQUIREMENTS• You must be 18+ to commission me.
• Payment will be recieved via PayPal.
• Please be ready with a SFW digital reference, this can be any reference that I can see clearly. It can be filled on a base, as long as I can see the character's design well.
• I will not accept an AI generated reference.
• The commission must be paid for within 24 hours of acceptance, otherwise the slot will be forfeited. I may only accept a payment plan if discussed before claiming a slot.
• Backing out after claiming a slot is acceptable only if discussed with me within the same day.
• Ghosting me after claiming a slot will result in blacklisting (no payment within 24 hours with no response).
• I do not do refunds once the commission has been paid for in full unless issued by myself.WON'T DRAW• I currently will not draw equine/mlp, human, or extremely ripped characters (muscle is fine of course I just don't draw super beefy ocs).
• I do not draw ferals ("quad" animals).
• I absolutely will not draw any racist, homophobic, or transphobic imagery, or any other imagery that is hateful, derogatory, or illegal.PROCESS• Commissions may take up to 3 months to complete.
• I will send WIPs as I complete stages of the artwork. Please request edits as early as possible, otherwise I will charge a fee or decline edits if I am near completion. (This does not include edits for mistakes made on my part, such as a marking I missed on the character.)
• The completed, unwatermarked commission will be sent to your email.OTHER INFO• I reserve the right to issue a refund at any time during the commission process.
• Please do not continuously ask me for updates (ex. asking me daily), ask me to change my style for the commission, or be weird with me. I will refund you if I am uncomfortable.
• You may not use the commissioned artwork for commercial use unless discussed previously with me.
• My artwork may not be used as an NFT, resold for cryptocurrency, or edited or altered using an ai software.by commissioning me you agree that you have read and understand the entirety of this terms of service.

• you may make any changes you'd like to the design as long as the original artwork is not edited (without my permission) and the original file is kept• designs may be gifted, traded, or resold• designs may be resold for current monetary value
